Was 20 º at 5:00am and got up to 40º. First day in 4 it wasn't;t snowing. Tomorrow it is supposed to get up to 50º and rain. It really has not been a bad Winter.
Got cataract surgery on my right eye this morning and have a follow up tomorrow morning. Hope the blurry blue goes away. Had a couple friends that had it done at the same facility and they were all knocked out during the procedure. I was aware of mine and was treated to a colored light show in the right eye but it did not concern me so I must have been getting some anesthesia. Hope the second one goes the same, I don't like being completely knocked out.

20 now but a nice sunny 48 later. Tomorrow may tickle 50 for the first time this year. I’m planning on celebrating by going to the range and work on my 300 BO. Today the dog is going to doggie daycare and we are going to Costco. The dog will have a better day than us.

This nice weather is supposed to continue thru the weekend so I’ll do what I can to enjoy it. Now if only all this snow would melt away.

Arizona
50°F, Mostly sunny, with a high near 69.
South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west northwest in the afternoon.

Minnesota
37°F, Rain before 2pm, then rain and sleet between 2pm and 3pm, then snow after 3pm.
Breezy, with a north northwest wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon.

Thunderstorms moved through last night watering the desert pretty well. Today looks good.

Wow! Today was a doozie. I've been running my son around Houston all day. He got his foot ran over by a motorized forklift at work last night. It didn't hurt him too bad because they have to wear steel toed workbooks. (He works for Pepsico.) The floor manager sent him home two hours early and told him not to come back to work until he saw the company PA. I shuttled him over to Pasadena from Sugar Land to see the PA this morning and, with our luck, she was in a meeting. The next thing is she went to lunch AFTER the meeting with him in waiting in her office. Finally, after about two and a half hours she comes back and says it's okay to come back to work IF he gets his foot x-rayed and everything turns out okay. So, now we're back on the road to SE Houston to have his foot x-rayed at the location the PA sent him. Now we wait another hour and a half to get that done. We finally got home after the 45 minute drive across town on the toll way. I'm glad I didn't have much to do today! Oh, breakfast was on the road. I had a banana, apple, and coffee. We skipped lunch and ate after we got home so I probably won't be too hungry ad dinner time. If I were younger, I might participate in some good ole' fashioned......we'll here's a link to a video:

Good morning and a Happy Fr./ St. Paddy's day to you all.
Says it's 40 out there, but only feels like 40, and the high is 50.
Got a 15 mph breeze.
Humidity is at 100%
Pressure is on the rise at 29.80
Not going to be near as nice as yesterday.

Still dark outside at 5:45, but looks like a great day! Hopefully the last full day on a customers 1961 Airstream Bambi. It’s been a long frustrating project for such a small trailer. It’s time for it to go home….
