6F and sunny and no wind. The calendar says tomorrow is the fist day of spring yet I look out the window and still see winter.

Morning, yep first day of Spring and would be mother's BD. Looks like Spring out there with the partly sunny skies.
Tomorrow is lookin a bit better, so hopefully spring has sprung.
One thermometer says 26 and the other says 27, and the 9 mph breeze makes it feel a bit cooler.
High in the low 40's, not sure what is on rap for the day.

26 crisp ones out there but with a forecast high of 55 and sunshine I can deal with it. :D Rain coming in overnight with a wet day on tap for tomorrow. Good, melt that damn snow away. I’m itching to get out and start my spring clean up. Some areas have cleared and I’m seeing lots of pinecones on the ground. With the early snow we got back in October the little mothers have been buried all winter. Might get out and start that today in between basketball games.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Arizona
56°F, Mostly cloudy, with a high near 73.
Breezy, with an east wind 10 to 15 mph becoming south southeast in the afternoon.

Minnesota
18°F, Sunny, with a high near 38.
Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Spring might be right around the corner but the temp difference is still dramatic. Still,
we are anxious to start for home.

Safe travels back to Mn. When do you leave there? We start for home April 1st. But wont get home till the 6th barring any weather delay. We are stopping in the Texas panhandle for a couple days to visit with friends

just got home from taking Maureen's nephews-in-law from South Dakota back to hi motel near Mocksville, NC .... this coming Saturday he and his crew are scheduled to fly back home ..... they are putting in very long days and will be happy to get back ..... my old pickup performed well during today's drive, its been many a moon since it covered over 200 miles in a day .... the temp is supposed to drop under freezing for a couple of hours tonight and to do the same but more so tomorrow night ..... after that subfreezing ain't mentioned in the long range forecast
