we apparently got a good bit more of the 0% chance of rain than was expected .. :? .. 63 on its way to 77, cloudy with afternoon and evening (potentially strong) thunderstorms moving through .... a regular breakfast is over with a medical appointment to begin the day ..... some stops on the way back home .... watching "The Flight of the Phoenix" staring Jimmy Stewart, filmed in 1966

41, partly cloudy with sprinkles. We really need rain.
Folgers and Monkey Bread that the neighbor brought yesterday.
I'm going to the retirees breakfast at Cracker Barrel this morning.
Once a month we get together but sadly the group is getting smaller.
People die. :(

Beautiful sunny morning: low was 30 and a high of 57; right now it is 36. Made ham n’ egg English muffin for breakfast. Watching Perry Mason, “The Case of the Midnight Howler” 1966. Everybody have a great day!

39 heading to 66 with partly cloudy skies leading to sunny.

Planning on cleaning up and re-organizing the shop and servicing a mower I use for mowing in my tree area’s. It’s getting to be a jungle out there and needs some love. Sure wish we could get some rain as it’s going to be a dusty mow. My wife is meeting a friend in town for breakfast and my stomach is rumbling just thinking about it. Me, well I’ll stay home and enjoy my Raisin Bran.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

It was 80° this morning at 7:00 a.m. I guess summer has arrive here a month early. Supposed to get up to around 92°. Had bacon, egg, and flapjacks this morning for breakfast.

A chilly 38, sunny, calm winds. Supposed to warm up to the 60s today.
Granola with raspberries and of course, Folgers.
Hooray, after an absence of several mornings our little owl buddy is back looking
it the kitchen window. Missed it.
Got some plumbing to do today and then yard work.

yesterday's rain has moved out and none is expected today .... 59 on its way to 67 in central NC .... regular chores (like hauling off trash) on tap along with purchasing locally grown strawberries and beginning the process of making a couple of batches of preserves .... watching "The Sea Chase" filmed in 1955 staring John Wayne and Lana Turner --- its the only movie in which John played the part of a German ship captain during WWII
