Good news: N. Dakota goes from Red to Green Aug 1.

On April 12, 2023, Governor Doug Burgum signed HB 1339, allowing non-residents the ability to concealed carry under North Dakota's permitless carry laws. It will also remove the 30-day requirement for IDs. The new law will go into effect on August 1, 2023.

Gotta love the Dakota’s. What America should be!

This pretty much flew under the radar for the major gun forums and national media, etc. Partly because it's not a big headline maker like FL or TX. Not even the NRA picked up on it.
And partly because (generally speaking) ND is almost as invisible to the general public, politicians, and the media as MS is. Not complaining, we like it that way.
