My grandson will be able to go on his first deer hunt this fall. I was at my LGS yesterday and found this Ruger American burnt bronze cerakote in 6.5 Creedmore. Brought it home put a Leupold 4.5.x 14 that i had. Planning on giving it to him for his birthday.

Don’t know which will be happier that day; Granddaddy or Grandson. Will be a day to Remember for sure.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Good job grandpa, I picked up a Creedmore last year.
I like the light recoil of it, makes for a great deer rifle.
How old is the grandson?
