Playing catch-up on here

Post by graywolf » Fri Jan 20, 2023 10:47 pm

Haven’t been on here in last couple weeks or so. Some family sick, and had a couple more lifelong friends passed. Trying to catch up on posts and see how everyone is doing.

Good to see ya back, sorry about the friends. I have a funeral to attend Mon.
Been doing a little deer hunting but haven't scored as of yet.
Going again in the morn, got one of the grandsons over for the night, and not quite sure what we'll get into today.

Always good to hear about the grandkids. I got my two does in the freezer, actually one in freezer and other still at processer. Oldest grandson is behind the house this morning. He usually texts me and tells me what or how many he’s watching, but haven’t heard anything from him yet. When does your season go out?

Glad you are back Don. I'm sorry to hear of all the bad that you've experienced.

Catch up, sit back and rest here a while.

Normally it ends the first weekend of the year, but this year in the CWD infested counties, they have extended it until the end of the month.
I was gone to SC for a few weeks to visit with the youngest and her children.
Hope the grandson gets one.
Hoping to get this one ready for this next season, he loves being out in the woods and talks about hunting all the time.
We shall see.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

All that dry land and he’s walking in the creek. Oh well, probably quieter than all those leaves.

Graywolf, hope the family is getting their health back.
