My Tuesday trip

I made a trip to my friends in Ohio Tuesday. I usually go several times a year but this year it has been a single trip. We just have a nice time talking about guns and cars and then hit his LGS to browse around. He already had picked up 5 boxes of 22 Mag. 30gr. V-Max for me so I didn't have to look for those. I traded him some 22 cal. bullets for reloading and got 25cal. he didn't want. I also got a old Mossberg scope Model M4D in the box from probably the late '50's that has never been mounted. I think this may go on a 39A Marlin from the 50's that came factory drilled on the side of the barrel.(1954) He also sent 6 boxes of Hornady 220gr. 375 cal. bullets for me to sell at a show or to anyone who needs them. They are no longer made and are used in the 375 Win. lever and the Marlin 375 lever guns. 600 bullets would last a very long time. We went to a big store called Fin Feather Fur. I think that was the name of it. Very large inventory of powder and bullets and primers. There was so much rim fire ammo there it was unbelievable. No shortage of 22's there and priced decent. Lots of 22 mag at $13.99/box and 17 mag and small cal. center fire was plentiful. I will be making another trip there when I go through my powder and primer inventory. I sold him a Leupold scope he wanted and a Red Dot scope for a one of his hand guns.
22 Mag. he got me for $12/box

Old Mossberg scope I got while there

Bullets I brought home. The big box is 87gr. Speer TNT 25 cal. bulk pack 700ct. I may split these with my friend if he wants to. The .375's are for sale.
