Sad news for sure. I watched the video a couple of times yesterday and it "looks" like that it almost looks like the P-63 crashed into the B-17 on purpose. Hate to say it, but reality is reality and unfortunately that's how it looks. Hopefully we will find out what really happened.

Was watching a report from a guy that knows these planes and he said that the P-63 had some known visibilty problems looking out the cockpit.

That would make some sense out of it.

Besides the tragic loss of life, I was wondering which B-17 it was. I saw one in Lynchburg, VA around 2006. I have since learned that there are about 5 out there and the one that crashed was from Texas.
