I got me a heavy bag to practice my Cane Fu stuff and hung it in my back bedroom . It take a lot of room to swing a cane at that bag . 6' on both sides and 6' in front and 2' behind . Boy is it fun to beat the crap out of it . I filled the bag with old pants and shirts that no longer fits me ..

beat on that bag long enough and you many have to fish out some of the smaller pants and shirts ..

I ordered a oak fighting cane today here some other canes I own .

Rocky was filmed 1 block from my house in Philly and that slaughter house was on front [1st] street and my house was on "C" st 15 blocks north . I love that movie it reminds me where I spent my pre-teen and teen years and how far I come in life and pull myself up and away from gangs and drugs .
