I received this map today. It’s a 40”x44” map of Wisconsin.

It doesn’t have a lot of detail yet it’s perfect to see the entire state. My mailing address is Ogema but I live in the Town of Hill which isn’t really a town at all. Rib Lake is the nearest latte and is 13 miles away.

I've always kept a map of my area. My favorite is a 4' x 6' of Colorado. No towns, roads, or anything. Other than every creek and river in the state. I call it my blue squiggly line map. It has numerous red dots on it. For the places I have hiked and fished.
Glad that you are getting acquainted with your new home Gene. It is a lifetime adventure.

I like your shoe bench. Wouldn't work for me, I have 2 dedicated shoelace chewing cats so I have to keep them out of reach. Gave up trying to break them of it, easier to just keep them on a small shelf they can't get to. Same thing with small computer and speaker wire, it all has to be out of reach or covered with cord protector. Thankfully they aren't attracted to 110 volt cords.
