Miss Fiona reminds y'all that summer approaches fast. Here in Oklahoma the temps over Forth of July week are supposed to break 100 degrees every day. Make sure if the pets are outside they have water and a refuge from the shade! Miss Fiona is a spoiled princess. She's an inside gal. The cows have the barn and shade trees and get cool well water and the pond. The chickens get misted if it gets too hot.

Trey’s almost due for his flea and tick treatment. Our brush is heavy this year due to all the spring rain. He loves to run thru it and I tell him he’s just a tick magnet. None so far thankfully.

Miss Fiona gets a treatment that goes down the middle of her back the first of every month... She just rolls her eyes. Doesn't like the smell. She used to get the pills, but she had a reaction to them, they made her listless for a couple days afterward.
