If y'all want to read something very entertaining, I suggest reading Alito's rejoinder to Breyer's dissent (about halfway down the page here):

Bellum Omnium Contra Omnes is rapidly becoming a reality (11/2023). Para Bellum.

The Supreme Court is also about to render their decision on West Virginia v. EPA.
This case discusses whether the various "alphabet soup" agencies have the ability to create regulation which carry the weight of law, a VERY important question for gun owners.

Justice Alito. QUOTE: "The police cannot disarm every person who acquires a gun for use in criminal activity; nor can they provide bodyguard protection for the State’s nearly 20 million residents or the 8.8 million people who live in New York City."GunnyGene wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 6:25 pmIf y'all want to read something very entertaining, I suggest reading Alito's rejoinder to Breyer's dissent (about halfway down the page here):

I'm from MT originally. I have family there and spend a bit of time each election watching the state. The 20/20 election went 49/49.5 Montana is not a safe haven from Californian crazies.

I liked Texas (Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Galveston) when I was there. Have not been to Wyoming or Utah. I have thought about moving to Texas myself. But, I like mountains too. So, may check out places that have mountains with a cool breeze also.
