Letty has her own book, just came out Tuesday.

"The Investigators"

I preordered the book about four or five months ago for my Kindle and it was delivered on time. I started it Wednesday morning at Therapy. Imagine my surprise when it takes place in.. The Midwest

I had to drive to Lawton to go to an annual Dental Cleaning and Exam at Fort. Sill on Monday. The book goes to Lawton.
I go to the VA in OKC quite often.... The book takes a trip to OKC.
My daughter's hubby teaches at the AFB in Wichita Falls... and the book has already visited WF...
We tour TX and OK...

Before we moved from VA a previous book did the same with VA locations... it's great to know the names of the towns they drive thru, and think, been there, done that.

Knocked out the book in just over a day, and I have to say I really liked it. I can always tell when I really like one because I am sad when the book is over. "What, no more? I want to keep reading about these guys..."


For those of you who are die hard PREY fans, you'll be happy to know that Letty is Lucas' daughter all the way. It's a great ride.
I see this becoming another fan favorite series with several new long term characters.

Another Lucas Novel due in September... I have preordered.

I also reordered it but haven't started it yet. I have a book case full of John Sandford novels and love them all.
Right now I'm reading some C S Forester novels that are not so well known.
I read a lot.
