Post by fortyshooter » Tue Oct 26, 2021 10:39 pm

I have never heard of one of these critters but from what happened to this woman in Arizona they are something to watch out for!

The comments are hilarious.
She says at the end she now carries a horn?
Duh, carry a gun...
You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

Where we winter in Arizona, we have lots of javies. They don’t get along well with dogs, and vice versa. I have heard stories about how dangerous they are, but I have been witin a few feet of them before they figure it out and skedaddle.
I have killed a couple of them with a longbow, one at 4 yards. I’m still alive to tell the tale.

I don't believe I've ever seen a Javelina in the wild but I've come face to face with other wild hogs .... they can pose a serious threat and should be avoided .... I've seen bear hounds ripped open by a hog .... they are not cute, cuddly critters, no way they should be tolerated in residential areas
