So a friend of mine sent me an email and asked "Is the Daisy Powerline 856 good for squirrels? "
Here was my response:
"No Jim, its too long to hide in their nest and the trigger is too far forward for their paws to be able to hold and fire at the same time.
Most of the squirrels in my hood just carry a small handgun, like a Smith and Wesson model 60 Chiefs Special with a 2 inch barrel.
Hope this helps "
Spring has sprung. Get out and shoot your Henry

They are able to carry slightly larger than a mouse gun.

Your response to his question is actually spot on, though. The Daisy can be used for squirrels and some folks have taken squirrels with them, but it is far from being a good choice.
