Great pic Coach!

Trey is doing well after being a bit food shy at first. We got some RX type wet food from our vet and mix a dab with his dry food and he’s doing much better. Sleeping well at night but still needing to get up once to do his duty. Happy to oblige.

He really likes to climb on these low stumps and either sit or lie down. Funny habit.

Poor Trey was pretty tuckered out last night. He had several visitors during the day between work guys and the neighbors and then a trip to the vet late in the afternoon. He was on the small side when we got him home but has doubled his weight in two weeks. Vet says he’s still too skinny and told us to increase his food amount. That will make him happy. Otherwise he’s doing great and is all puppy and wearing us out!

Here’s Trey sitting on his platform watching the Dishscape Halloween show. He sure is getting big. 3 months on the 12th of this month. Next week he goes in for his last shots and two weeks after that we can start taking him out in public. So for we’ve been taking him to places where we don’t expect other dogs have been (parvovirus) and he sure enjoys getting out. Also he has been riding in our side by side on the seat between us and he really enjoys that. Good trailing for when we start him on Grouse hunting. Also he had his first trip in the car not being in a crate. He really enjoyed sitting and watching out the window. Back of a SUV with the seats folded flat.

I try to get him out for at least one good hike a day. Yesterday we went to the back of my place which is still pretty thick although this pic shows a pretty open spot. I haven’t cleaned this part up yet as it’s thick and steep but it’s a great workout for the pup and me. I will be cutting an ATV road/trail in soon which will make our hike a bit easier. Here he is yesterday enjoying himself.
