Day at range with grandkids
Took 2 of my grandkids to range today, my grandson brought his Mossberg 702 and my granddaughter put her order in for me to bring the Henry pump. They had a lot of fun shooting bottles, rimfire ground toys and clay pigeons. Then they started to see who could shoot the best on paper. The Henry was out performing the Mossberg and finally grandson asked if he could shoot the Henry. He really loved it, he put 100 rounds down range. He came up to me and told me that if I ever needed an idea for a gift for him he would take a Henry pump. We really had a good time, I love taking my grandkids to range.

It doesn’t get any better than that Grandpa BRM. I wish I had the same opportunity. Those kids will remember that for a lifetime. I bet Grandpa might even be thinking about getting another pump.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

A Leupold VX-Freedom 1.5-4 20 mm, it’s a great scope for rimfire!

What a wonderful way to spend the day. Those two will always remember shooting with Grandpa at the range.

that’s me, green with jealousy. I’m currently visiting my grandkids at their home in the big city so no shooting around here. And when they visit us their liberal mother won’t let them shoot guns. A loss for them and me too. Great pictures and your grandkids obviously are having a great time.
