I went to the Vietnam Memorial back in 1986. My Company Commander's name was there along with another guy I knew from back home. Very moving experience, to say the least.
My CO was killed by small arms fire 2 weeks after I was wounded & evacuated out.

I have been there too. As Grunt said, very moving. I know too many of the names on the VN wall.
