Sad story Hatch, however, memories remain. Thanks for sharing. We lost two prior to our current " Bodhi ".

These are my two current mousers. They are both Bengals and very interactive and vocal. Oz is on the cat wheel that they use a lot and Duke is my gun cat, he always is checking out my guns when I bring them out.

Very cool cats Ernie!! 8-) thanks for posting. Cats can be very entertaining, as you know. They have to know everything and check everything out! Usually, things meet their approval though.

Cool cats, Ernie. And, that cat wheel looks interesting. I'm going to look for one. Thanks.

After we had to put the last cat down my Wife said, "Never again will I allow myself such pain".

Of course two weeks later she found this rescue cat from hell and brought her home. The tips of her
ears were frozen off when they found her in an alley in the Winter. It took a long time until she
would allow us to pet her, or brush her.

Her name is Oreo and she hates the motorhome which she is shown in here, but she makes the best of it.

Thanks for posting this!
We had 2 that were poisoned some time back. The two boys would stay in the yard and sun. They were black, one a Bombay, the other we think was a maine coon mix. What ever was used was killing bees and flies too. The loss broke us and still does.
3 years later we got our big gentle black cat jack. We were surprised we were allowed to adopt him 5 days before Halloween. In November the next year we were given Sally. The guardian hated her, and called her the ugliest of her litter. She was the only black female.
Jack and Sally are the best of friends, constantly snuggling with one another. They eat only thier food, and never touch ours. We joke that this is our two boys reincarnated, and they don't touch human food because they learned last time.
