If all that light from the stage was heat (which it is to a degree of course) we would all be cookin’. Saw this was the Division Bell tour.I have that disc and I have to say it has some great songs on it with my favorite being High Hopes. Good stuff and I sure wish I could go back and enjoy this show.

A staple of mine, too. He was the real deal, too. A rodeo champion and later a rancher. He used to sell tapes of his songs while competing at rodeo. Mostly I'll remember him as a great song writer. He and Garth Brooks were good friends. It was Garth Brooks that recognized his talent and helped him start his career.

I have a 3 CD box set that has his early stuff while he was still riding broncs, and his later stuff with Western Underground. He was an original for sure. 1976 Bareback champ if memory serves.
