Not dinner but lunch. Hawaiian inspired, manly mans favorite trio. He loved the grill marks, and called them tic tac toe, he ran his fingers over them and marveled over them.

I walked after 3 tacos last night. From the table to the stove and back. Think I got about 50 more steps that way.

Hot dogs wrapped in bacon for sure.
OK, the grandson is ill so he's not coming, but I like them too.
We just got back from Greg's Meats. It's way out in the country but really busy.

We picked up 108 lbs of processed pork for $286.20. That's a half of a hog.
That works out to $2.65 a lb.
It's all wrapped and frozen. The bacon and hams are smoked and wrapped as well.
There are several packages of sausage as well as pork hocks and neck meat.
Carol also has lard which she wanted for frying.
She had the hams cut in half as they are generally too large.
All in all she is pretty happy. :D

Son in law made a chicken teriyaki on his new grill, cucumber salad. I made a chocolate Bundt cake from scratch for dessert with butter cream frosting.

We went out for Prime Rib last evening, along with a baked potato, salad, garlic toast, and a relish tray.
I had a nice martini and the Wife had a couple glasses of red wine.
It was all really good.😋
