Wife wanted chili tonight for some reason. I obliged but not my favorite summer fair. Already on my second Dewar's. Hope everyone had a great day today!

Yakatori Chicken here with rice and vegetables. Good stuff. 10-4 on the chili in the summertime. Jake kinda the same way I feel about Mexican food here 5 days a week.

Bought carry out Sushi for us tonight. Was very good, however some politics came instead of dessert. I'm at home now! Soo good to have my own place. 😞

Grilled ham, cheese and sliced vine ripened tomato with new corn on the cob.
Try a sliced tomato in a grilled cheese. You'll like it. :D
Drinking a Shiner's. :D

Love the harvest season. :D

Last night it was country fried steak with sliced tomatoes and acorn squash baked with brown sugar and butter.
Had a Shiner's to accompany. :D

You can sure tell the folks who like to eat. :roll: That would be me of course. :D
Last night it was Chepino. That's a tomato base with peppers and spices.
Then Carol adds muscles, clams, scallops, fish and shrimp. We eat it with hot
crusty French bread.

Whhhooooeeee! She had enough Jalapeno in that chowder, but it hurt sooo good.👀😊
