Coop, I followed your recipe the other nite and the tuna came out pretty good. The wife and I are not big seafood eaters but they were not as bad as tuna in a pouch.
Thanks again for your knowledge and sharing.
Only supposed to get to low 90s this afternoon and the wife pulled a couple of trombone squash this AM. I'm not sure yet on what I'll grill this PM.

I've also grilled tuna on a grill with salt and lemon pepper. Get a little char on them
for flavor.
We eat a lot of seafood. :D

Makes a great dinner on a hot day. The other night we had chicken Cesar salad with crusty French bread and it was perfect!

Tonight will be Carol's seafood chowder. It's a creamy textured soup with shrimp, crab, mussels and fish.
Along with crusty French bread I really like it.👍
