Fileted trout[German Browns], green beans and some TV. No Dodgers tonight. Pan frying the trout after basting with scrambled egg then coating with instant potato flakes. YUM! Oh, beer included!

Jambalaya, breadsticks and pudding for dessert. Granddaughters love this stuff. Their mom Is referee for volleyball tonight, so they’re coming to supper tonight.

Italian sausages cooked on the grill. Then cut in chunks and cooked in a pot with peppers & onion and red sauce. Add a dash of red pepper flakes to taste. Served on a good sub or hoagie bun.
