Been hearing the booming for about the last 2 hrs.
Wish I could put a 500 blast in the ground, but I would surely draw the wrong attention and spend the night in jail.

Well, my neighbors apparently don't own a calendar, because the fireworks started yesterday (Wed).
Thought about going out the back door & limbering up the 45/70, but, then thought otherwise. Oh, well...

Pretty quiet around here. I almost went ou to empty a magazine of 10 mm, but I figured that the couple of Canadians here might panic.

I went to bed at the usual 9 PM, woke up at the usual 6:30 AM after a night of vivid dreams (I know, I get lots of sleep). Didn't hear any celebrations in the neighborhood. Happy New Year, Everyone.

TV when TV was TV Oldbrass. Happy New Year caved at 11 and woke up alive so I made it. Looking forward to a good year.
