Normally I'd do this Christmas Eve but due to severe rain/storms coming thru tomorrow had to do it today. In the high 60's tomorrow than big storm front moves thru with a frigid 34 F for Christmas Day!!
So already had the smoker setup on porch of the Shootin' Shack and got the hickory coals going and a slow smoke while enjoying Buster's company.

A sniff and two barks and Buster says it's good to go and Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas!

Perfect meal for Christmas and a good reason to be at the Shootin' Shack. Enjoy and Merry Christmas.

Make sure Buster gets the ham bone.

that ham sure sounds good .... our 24 lb turkey goes in at midnight ..

Oh I had a couple beers while watching the smoker and then Buster gave me the eye!

He's got that, " I'm watching you son" , look on his face, LOL
