I share my house with Paige, a cat who has no respect for holidays, so I don't even try to get her into the spirit of the day. We'll spend it, just another Thursday, watching the birds and rabbits through the windows as they go about their lives, enjoying a warm, rainy, November day. Later, we'll probably both take a nap.
I hope you and your families hold on to each other and enjoy a truly thankful holiday.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone .... the turkey shown below was in the smoker for 7 hours yesterday and I just got through carving ... we will be with immediate family today, we hope for the best for all of our folks

Hope all of my Henry friends have a happy and safe Thanksgiving Day! It will be just me and wife and of course Buster for dinner this evening.

we just returned home from spending the day with our children and grandchildren .... it was great to see the grandkids running and playing .... we are most thankful for the memories of a wonderful day

I was too stuffed last night to do anything other than lay in my recliner. It was great! Just the two of us, but we had the works.
Turkey, stuffing, scalloped corn, mashed potatoes, ect. We decided to make it special even if the kids could not be here. It was.
Haven't hit the scale yet this morning.

No Covid here. Took care of that with deep inhalations of Black Powder smoke. Made it to her sons house in Evergreen for Ham Smoked Turkey and duck. With all the trimmings and good company. Hope you all had a great day

We stayed home and feasted on baked smoked ham, deviled eggs, lasanga, and garlic rolls.
