The next Space X Crew is suposed to lift off into to space tomorrow and meet up with the international space station. I am going to be watching the lift off coverage when it happens, will any else be doing it as well?

Yup! I'll be watching, too. Watching a SpaceX Dragon liftoff is like watching something right out of Sci-Fi! A salute to the Resilience crew and their mission aboard the ISS.

In its latest weather forecast issued on Sunday morning, the U.S. Space Force’s 45th Weather Squadron gives a 50 percent chance of favorable conditions at the launchpad. SpaceX and NASA are also keeping watch farther out in the Atlantic Ocean. The weather and waters there need to be fairly calm in case something goes wrong during the ascent to orbit and the Crew Dragon needs to make an emergency splashdown (adverse weather conditions led to a postponement of the earlier Saturday launch date).

If Sunday’s launch is delayed, there is a backup opportunity on Wednesday.

It is supposed to be aired on Discovery Science Channel (DSC) with coverage starting at 2:00pm CST and lift off was supposed to be at 4:00pm CST but that time has been pushed back a few hours from what I last heard.

about 15 minutes to launch

It was exciting to watch! I was completely on the edge of my seat. I can never watch a launch and not think about or remember the Challenger disaster. Very glad the launch was successful!

beautiful launch ... understood on Challenger .... most impressed with how they brought the first stage back and landed it while the crew capsule was still on its way up ..
