Little after nine, had to build the first inside fire of the fall.
Suppose to drop to 26° by early morn.
Sittin' here drinkin' a cold Modelo Negra and sippin' a little Buffalo Trace.
Hope I can get a good nights rest.

We've been burning off and on since near the end of Sept. Earliest ever. Gone through a rack already. Highs mid 50's and below we usually burn one of the stoves.

Curious to what grain bullet do you shoot in yours?
The last ones I have are 460's, but I ordered the 380 gr Lee mold this morning.

Randy I shoot round balls. I dont hunt anymore with mine and if I did it would be round balls. I have some TC Maxi balls and some of those Hornady Great plains bullets. The TC maxi balls are still in the box never been used same with the Hornady bullets. Have a couple of TC pre lubers never been opened. 50 cal and 54 Cal. I also have a couple of 58 caliber guns so I know I have enough fire power with the round balls. I think there is a partial box of buffalo bullets there also. I ve got some spare TC sights locks and other odds and ends to. Just that stuff you accumulate and I will probably never use it.
