Many, many, many thanks for working out the stuff to allow us to do that, and especially for having this site!!!

I have intentionally been trying to stay off most websites, to focus on getting more stuff done around my place, as well as trying to deal with a totally wack rescue puppy (Carolina Dog/Dixie Dingo mix) we adopted in April. He's close to 1 yr. old now. He's showing some signs of settling down to be a sorta sweet dog more often. Other times, he makes me wanna re-examine all my life's past choices........

We adopted Copper from Texas in April. He was 1-2 yrs old then. He was described as being very chill. He's all that as he lays at my feet while I type this. We took pot luck and got the jackpot.

I wanna put a heart, or something to show that I really like the pic of Copper, but can't figure out how. Suffice it to say that I really like the idea of a chill dog that lays at your feet patiently, versus my puppy who alternates between barking at me for attention, or jumping on me. He's a work in progress. Although to be fair, we went for a coupla walks today for about 3/4 mile each time, and he's curled up on the couch (on his own little blanky) like a little angel right now!

Dave, I envy ya gettin' a dog at that (what I consider perfect.....) age. Our previous rescue dog was that age, and very well trained and behaved. Kinda like you said, we felt we'd found "The Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow" with him. Jackson was a Border Colle/Heeler mix, and was kind of our "Gold Standard" for good dogs. I won't lie; I shed more than a few tears over losing that one.

But, Virgil (what's believed to be a Carolina Dog mix) has his cute moments........

The best we've got so far is to reply with an emoji.

Windows options:
My keyboard has an emoji button with the F2 key.
The hot key option: press the windows key and . (period) key at the same time.
Select an emoji from the popup menu.
You can increase the size by selecting the 'emoji' then selecting 'Large' or 'Huge' from the reply tool bar.

control, command, spacer bar at the same time will bring up a whole bunch of emojis.
Once you pick one the next time that emoji will be front and center
