Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
I lived out there for twenty years and well remember those hurricanes and storms. Hunker down my friend.
We got two and a half inches of rain over night. We had a rain deficit a couple weeks ago, no more.
I got some mowing done yesterday, but the rest is still too wet. Maybe tomorrow. Had a boat in the lake but
it was full or rain water so a friend helped me pull it up on the ramp yesterday. Glad I did.
Oh well, coffee and Oreo's this morning.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Got down to 68° last night and headed for upper 80's or low 90's depending on which forecast I want to trust. No work again today so going to spend an hour at the range with the P229 .22LR for practice.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Hell of a storm moving through. Lots of wind and rain. Tree branches all over the front lawn...haven't checked the back. The power has been on and off several times. We haven't had an angry storm like this in quite a while. Hopefully it will move through quickly.

Sunny and 57 with a high of 72, gonna be a nice day. One of the grandkids texted me that it would be a great day to go to the range. I think it would be.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Coffee and a couple deviled eggs left over from Memorial Day. Still good.
Seems like it's been raining for weeks. Cool this morning and humid, but dry air and warmer temps
are forecast for this afternoon.
Riots in Minneapolis are out of control. We have relatives living there so some concern.
Sounds like the Gov may call out the NG.

75 on its way to 81 later today .... rain all day yesterday, rain called for today, rain projected for the next two days .... it goes without saying that high humidity goes with it .... Folgers still flowing after a regular breakfast with a high probability of not leaving the house all day

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Rainy day today. Seems to be the course for the last few days. I'm not complaining because if I do it won't rain for a month. Need to take a trip back to Oklahoma. I'll get that planned today.
