Hey Al, tried out that mold for the .54 yesterday afternoon. Made a dozen to try but it may be a while with deer season starting this weekend.

380 gr. mold, had three that were right at 380 , the others 378 & 379.
Should be dandy for hunting.

Wish I was in AZ every winter. My Sister in law and Niece are out there. Dry heat does not bother me much.
Might have to start planning some trips that way, now that I'm retired. :)

Travel to K.Falls today. Nice weather all the way, sunny (except it was very windy). Cold (37-40) at the higher elevation going over the Cascades. Traffic not too bad. Some stretches no one else on the road either way.

Very warm and humid here this morning. Woke up to 71°this morning and a ton of humidity. Supposed to get up to about 80° this afternoon before a "cold" front moves through tomorrow.

Well, we had two weeks of cold weather, freezing ice on our lake, and now we're in the middle of two weeks of warmer weather.
Today is cold and wet, but yesterday was in the forties with sunshine and tomorrow and most of the next week are predicted to
be in the forties and sunny. Gotta love it.

Got the snow plow home yesterday, fueled it up and parked it just inside the door to the barn ready to go. Hopefully that will
prevent any snow for a while. See, if you're ready for it...........................

Clear skies and mild today after the rain sgualls yesterday.
Caught in a heavy rain and hail squall going over one of our valley freeway passes. Not something you see in Cali very often. Everyone on the very heavy trafficked road handled it well.
We don't get to much bad weather driving practice out here.

41° now...big rain last night...creek will be up at other farm so won't be able to feed weaned calves till 9 or 10 this morning after it goes down enough to cross. They will keep that long well enough I expect. Brother is coming back in again to try deer hunting again this weekend. I wish him great success . 👍👍👍
