Amberbock with a nice ribeye for an anniversary dinner and a White Russian for dessert. The missus and I had a good time at the street dance also. To all that come to this thread and to the forum! Skål

I've been home from camp for a couple of hours. Got a lot done. The dog is tired and I'm raising a Knob Creek and water to you all. I hope you have a great night. Cheers.

That Margarita looks good Randy. In about a week or so a bottle of Patron will be travelling to Red River NM where we will spend about 9 days with our close friends from Blanco,Tx. He loves his Margs and especially when they are made with Patron. Lifes to short for cheap booze I say

Not this trip. This trip will be a relax trip. I’ve spent the last 2 weeks cleaning concession stands at the University. 6 of them plus a couple of storage rooms. That concrete floor is a little tough on an old man

Today’s the last day in camp and I’m all prepared with New York steak, shrimp, grilled baked potato and gin for me and vodka for Mrs. Me. After a day on the water of course. :D

Two of Carol's clients tied the knot this evening and we were invited. It was a biker wedding with lots of HD apparel
and big rough looking fellows in attendance. We only knew the bride and groom but everyone was very nice to us,
(especially after I told them Carol was their attorney). (Just joking). It was really quite nice and we had a couple of
beers and came home. It was awfully hot and humid and it was all outdoors.

Well, I had a little fire and enjoyed a couple of my usual B&T's.
Was very nice out, a little warm though, so I'm back in the house.
Salute!!

It's been laying on my coffee table for better than a week now and I had just thumbed through it. Saw that and came back and read it.

Our church had a festival a month ago and had a lot of food left over, so after church we stayed and ate a variety of good food. :D
Then I picked a pail full of Chicken of the woods mushrooms for Carol to process.
Then went to a widow friends yard sale and scored some nice wood working tools.
Then came home and picked two buckets of wild grapes for wine making.

Now I am tired.

I have a cold water and a nice glass of Maker's Mark.
I'm going to shower and then dinner.
Dinner is pork ribs roasted over washed and drained Saur Kraut and then brushed with BBQ sauce.
We will also have fresh sliced tomatoes and sweet corn on the cob.

Man do I ever like Summer.

Been a busy day here, back to work for a few days, helping my kinda nephew, he and a niece have a couple boys together. They've been divorced for a a few years now. I see and talked to him and the boys more than the niece.

Painting brick on some new apartments, got home just in time to get cleaned up to get the the grandson's ballgame.

Was a good one lost 8 to 9, he struck out first time, second time was a nice single. Was a couple errors and 2 scored and he made it to third before the play was over, and he steals home to put them 8 to 7.

Home, ate a late supper, pork chop, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes with some cornbread.
I'm full, and enjoy a cold beverage...
