Pretty simple for us, grilled (on the pellet grill) chicken thighs, Bush’s Maple Cured Baked Beans and salad. Simple and tasty!

Smoked Chicken breast on the Traveler. Put bbq sauce on one. Left the other one plain. Had brown rice and vegies to go with it.

When I was single I had some interesting meals that I made for myself and the boys. The boys are gone now and now Carol uses
some of those recipes for us. Last night was baked pork chops. Really good.
Sear pork chops on the grill or flat top.
Place in baking dish and pour a can of mushroom soup diluted with water over them.
Bake at 350 until done.
They were falling apart tender and we had some really good gravy with the left over soup and meat juices.
Served with mashed potatoes and peas along with a cold beer.👍😁

We had beautiful weather today, however, we lost power at about 5:30 this evening. Because of that, we ordered Sushi out again.
Got the power back around 7:00 PM.
My guess is that a careless contractor caused the power outage.

Outta the can Grunt? If you can eat that stuff you are a better man that I. I would need a whole grocery cart full of whiskey to get a bowl of that down.
