I had purchased a container of crawdad tails from the fellows who come up from Galveston every
couple of weeks, so last night Carol added some to Ramon Noodles, put in some peas, pea pods, corn,
chicken broth and lots of hot spices. You know, that was pretty darn good.

It was accompanied with a fine vintage can of Hamm's beer.

Winner, winner, crawdad dinner.

Just got back from our weekly beer and wings night. Doubles on everything, only I had a
fried pickle with ham, cream cheese, wrapped in a won ton and deep fried with hot sauce.
Not too bad. There were actually three of them.
Two schooners of beer.
