The son in laws birthday party. Filets done with the immersion cooker and the caramelized with then Blackstone.
Outstanding! Had a glass of Carol's home made wine, then a Hann's beer with dinner.
All was perfect. Martini and now to bed.

My Grand Daughter is due to give me another Great Grand Daughter in a few weeks.
In her teens she was a hand full and now is finally settled down. I wonder what her daughter will
be like.
