It might have been cold there, but the fans sure got their money's worth.

Chase and the Hendrick gang are sure not too happy with Denny.

Congrats to Kyle for another well fought victory.

Truex almost beat him to the line, but had to settle for a well deserved 2nd.

Big wreck at the end. Almost looked like Talladega.

Although Harvick passed Truex for the win, he has enough points to guarantee him a spot in the next round, the finale at Homestead. Right now it is Kyle Busch, Harvick and Truex.

Bad day for Johnson. His 27th position, 3 laps down now has him last of the final 8 drivers.

Interesting race.

Great to see Kenseth win what could be his next to the last race.

Should really give him some good recognition for another possible ride, even though he mentioned that he would like to take a little time off.

Although I would say that if a great ride showed up, he would be ready to go by Daytona time.

Another 2nd for Chase. Pretty clean bumps that he put on the payback of Hamlin. Hamlin got what he pretty much deserved and the crowd loved it. Have to say that he was pretty humble about it in the interview.

Good finish for Jr as well in 10th place.

decent race with a pretty good ending .... hopefully this will help Kenseth catch a top ride for next year .... once the 48 went out, I was pulling for the 24 .... I suspect that most of the other drivers will keep Hamlin's exit in mind when they race Chase from now on

I watched some of that race while riding the bike in the basement. I noticed the stands werent very full of spectators.

Although it looked like some of the stands were closed off, I thought it looked like a pretty good turn out actually.

Seemed to be about 90% anyway.

2 Toyota's and 2 Fords in the finals .... of the 4 in the finals, I'm pulling for Harvick .... if I had to bet, my money would be on Truex .... for me, worse case would be Busch taking the checker ....

congrats to the Chase Briscoe who celebrated his first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory, and runner-up Christopher Bell for his first NASCAR championship. .... also to Cole Custer for dominating today's Xfinity race and William Byron in taking the Xfinity championship

William Byron is one heck of a driver. To accomplish what he accomplished in just one year. Great wins and a Championship all in his Rookie year. Although I really like Byron, I was hoping that Elliott Sadler could finally win it. It was close, but when Byron passed him, it was enough for him to win it. I've been a Sadler fan for many years and for many years I've seen it all fall apart right at the end. When he was 8 car lengths ahead with just about 10 laps to go, I figured maybe this time would be different, but no, dang if it didn't happen again.

Either way it was a great win for car owner Dale Jr as he owns both of their cars.

Now for tomorrow's race.
