The Freightliner reminds me; a lot of horse owners haul with these, and get them all decked out by a company called Western Hauler...and they are something to behold when all done up nice. Wood trim, leather everything, absolutely beautiful. Same type of deal, they haul huge living quarter horse trailers to national parks, and large events.

ours is a Sportchassis ( http://sportchassis.com/rha-350 ) .... as you note, they are often used by folks to tow horse trailers .... ours has a bit over 135,000 miles on it .... also as you noted, its interior is really nice .... its ride is exceptionally good, in fact, its ride was our prime motivator in purchasing it

The Elio would be perfect for a motor home . Lift the ft wheels off the ground and attach to rear bumper or put it on a wheel dolly . :D

The spare tire in my old Crown Victoria was bigger than the Elio. But as a grocery go getter while traveling it would be perfect.
