Temps in the high 30's today but drying up. No rain today or for the next few days it looks like. Once it starts to dry up I'll get back to the range. Tea time in the Henry mug.

This afternoon I did a tour outside to check fences after the winter drifting. I sure have lots of busted wires to fix. Some places there is nothing left of what was a 4 strand wire fence. That will be April's job for a few weekends. At least the 10' steel frame gates that were buried didn't bend during the ice break up. Just spent some time today oiling my saddle, not the thorough job yet but just the wear points. Nice day, cool wind but sunny.

Good morning everybody! :D

It's 43°, and the gray skies and rain look like they'll be with us for a bit longer yet.

I hope you all have a great day, and enjoy your brews. ;)

Colder this morning but warming up later this week. Thursday my wife and I are off to Calgary for the day. She was invited to put on a painting demonstration at the Stampede Chuckwagon racers dinner. She's painted a chuckwagon horse with all its gear on. Should be a fun day.

It's 52° and overcast, but a high pressure area is moving in so we should be in for a spell of good weather soon.

I hope y'all have a great day! ;)

Temps in the 50's. Nice. Love this weather. Horses feet are getting trimmed today, no shoes yet, we can still get ice. Once they are trimmed up, I'll be riding regular now that the weather has smartened up. Tea time in the big 'ol Henry mug.

A little breezy, but 71 for the high and partly cloudy.
Hoping the rain holds out tomorrow for some outdoor range time !!

Nice sunny day here, temps in the 40's. Not doing much today, just relax around home. I ordered a new saddle scabbard from Triple K, the new 1860 coming next week has the 24" barrel. I like the Triple K stuff; very heavy duty and I like how they run the straps through loops cut in the leather, not through loops riveted on. No hardware other than the buckles. It's lined with suede too so no barrel scratches. Tea time in the Henry mug.

Finally hitting the 60s here. Going to shoot some sub gauge clays tomorrow.

I'm not sure what the temperature outside is, but it looks like we're due for another nice sunny day. The new H001T will be getting another range visit today, and then it'll get stripped and painted. Happy days!

I hope you all have a great day, and enjoy your brews!
