once again, our morning started a bit early (for us) .... we had to drive to north Raleigh to pick up one of our grandsons at a doctor's office and take him from there to school .... hadn't driven our truck in a couple of days so we decided to take it .... drove 70+ miles -- some country roads, some city stop and go, even some interstate .... she averaged 15.5 which we were happy with .... it started out with a heavy cloud cover which cleared by noon .... temp now 66 with a forecasted high of 73 followed by an overnight low of 43 .... next rain 3 days from now .... nothing much else on tap for today

59 this morning heading towards low 80's. Possibly record highs today. We have a slight chance of rain tonight thru tomorrow and again next Tuesday night into Wednesday. But our part of state still not looking good to get much if any. Not complaining, looking like another nice day.

56 this morning heading towards 80 again. Broke record highs yesterday from 1900. Got a small chance of rain this afternoon and tonight. Be nice to get some rain. I need to crawl under my granddaughters back deck, and fill in holes her golden retriever dug before it rains. These old knees are gonna really like that. Plus I'm trying to remember how to post pictures. Hope everybody has a good day.

Mostly cloudy with an overnight low of 35: an expected high of 54, currently 35. Wife and daughter are off to Sioux Falls with a granddaughter in tow. Off to see specialist, granddaughter is being tested for same symptoms of disease that afflicts her older sister! Praying that isn’t so. Everyone have a great day.

our Saturday has been a very quiet one .... 74 at 3:45PM with a thunderstorm rumbling through just north of us .... they say it will reach 76 but that seems to be a long shot .... a morning drive to Walmart for meds and then to Home Depot for camper plumbing container has provided our only excuse to leave home today .... watching the Duke VS UNC football will probably provide today's excitement

Good Luck Randy
Thanks. It's been another unusually quiet weekend.
It's a few minutes after 8 and I haven't seen a thing and no shots anywhere around. But, hey that's why it's called hunting. 😉
