Saw the Docs today, C/T was excellent, all the blood tests were negative, and the oncologist and the hematologist said everything good to go. Even said I could have an adult beverage tonight. I think I’ll have a bit of the Irish, neat, skol!

We had baked Lake Trout fresh from Lake Superior last evening with baked acorn squash washed down with a Miller Beer.
Friend of mine caught it last weekend and gave us some. Filleted, de skinned, wrapped in foil with onions, peppers, lemon and butter.
It comes out tender and moist. Love it.

Beautiful fall day here today, tomorrow is the last medical test (MRI) for a while I hope. A little chilly tonight, 46, so I think an Irish Coffee tonight, skol!

Had a big bon fire last evening burning brush I had cut along with some scrap lumber. Really nice weather for it.
High humility and the woods was moist so no chance of a conflagration.
Then fried potatoes and brats on the Blackstone with a cold beer.
Nice evening.
Now just after five in the morning and I can't sleep again.
Insomnia.

Spent the day at therapy and talking to insurance agents and reading brochures about Medicare, I think I need an Irish neat, skol!

Had a little 46 earlier. Helps with the mending ribs. ( hope they're mending anyway ). Can't say it feels like it though.
