Here in the South, when someone says "Are you ready for some football", we answer, "did it end?". Of course, college football is king down here. Pro football is not nearly as popular. College football starts August 26th. Although really, most believe it never stopped. lol

Yeah, I'm much more into the college game than the NFL. Hoping for USC to have a good season under new head coach Clay Helton.

I'm watching the Raiders and the Seahawks too, but over here on the east coast it's 11:07 so I doubt that I will be staying up for the whole game being that it's only in the second quarter.

In light of the Colin Kaepernick fiasco, I expect the Cowboys/Giants game to have a very patriotic pregame ceremony. These are basically very patriotic teams/fans and I think today they will show it..............

I love football but am thinking of boycotting it this season till everyone stands for the National Anthem.
