The Weather Channel

Post by Sir Henry » Thu Mar 24, 2016 11:44 pm

Okay not a real channel but just a forum where you can post about your local weather. I went to the range earlier today and it was nice but its been pouring down rain for the last three hours. I have a rain gauge outside and will check it in the morning to see how much it rained overnight.

We've had no real winter. Had snow in December but nothing since. It's been in the 50's most days for weeks now. Fire bans will be on soon. Scary dry. Where I live we get lots of high winds. Not uncommon to see 80mph winds.

I just checked WADOT and Steven's Pass has 88 inches of snow on the ground. I go over the pass often and check their website. Its common to have both Steven's and Snoqualmie Pass closed for snow removal or avalanche control. Usually its only closed for a few hours but sometimes it gets closed for days.

Looks fine to start the day. My Henry mug is right next to me, too, and am enjoying my first cup of double mocha.
Unfortunately, sans the muffin.

P.S. I wonder how many mugs Henry has scattered across the country?!? Gotta be quite a few.
