I haven’t drank in decades but the beer to drink at the time was Oly which was referred to as skunk piss. I’m not a tea total-er and have had some Alaskan Beer. It’s actually quite good. What I really dislike are IPA’s.

Ive drank a few Alaskan Beers one that comes to mind is Alaskan Amber. I also have a cycling shirt that is an Alaskan Amber shirt. I do not like IPA's either and will not even take one if offered.

Yiningling if I can get it or Shiners if I can get that. Problem is neither one is readily available here.

Re: Beer Signs
Alaskan Amber is my favorite beer. There’s a restaurant in Deer Park that serves it on tap and it’s so cold it almost freezes to the glass.
Re: Beer Signs
That's how I like my beer, ice cold but with added Clamato and a little hot sauce, so it doesn't really matter what the beer is. I can drink a regular beer if it's ice cold but once it warms up I'll dump it out before I'll drink it.
Re: Beer Signs
With all the talk about Alaskan Amber just had to go get some.

Re: Beer Signs
Had some Alaskan Amber when in Juneau at the Red Dog Saloon. Good beer and fun time.
Re: Beer Signs
Me neither, never saw it in cans before but never looked for cans. Might just have to hit the Salty Dog restaurant this weekend for one of their awesome never frozen beef/bakery bun burgers and an ice cold Alaskan Amber.

I bought two more beer lights. The clock picture was taken not plugged into the wall.

Re: Beer Signs
Couple of nice additions there Gene.
No IPA's here either.
Never tried that Alaskan Amber, sounds interesting though.
Having one of these at the moment.

Re: Beer Signs
Pabst is that bad. It’s not like Old Style. I’m not really a beer drinker however I do like Alaskan Amber.

Thanks Randy. I only paid $35 each and they are in excellent condition. Some of my others are in poor condition.

I like the signs but share Al's opinion of the beer.
Re: Beer Signs
Gene
I can’t believe Old Style can even sell that and claim its beer. Its worse than Pabst

Re: Beer Signs
Can you believe Wisconsin, particularly Milwaukee is the beer capital of America?

Re: Beer Signs
I like beer. I don't drink a lot of it but, when I do, I buy Miller High Life and, if it's available, Old Milwaukee.
We have a lot of microbreweries in CT.; there are several within a few miles of my house. They popped up over night like mushrooms or nail salons. I haven't tried any of them. I like beer that comes from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
