Gunny nobody more than me wants the police to have the best and be well protected. But alot of these depts who could get by with a little less have all gone to the gas guzzling SUV's. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy

I paid over five dollars a gallon for regular unleaded this past week. Coming back from camp and I filled up close to camp for convenience sake. I was not ready for it, even though I knew it was coming.

Here is Washington State we’re at the mid $5 dollar range. But that is due somewhat to the fact we have a high state tax on gasoline. But this is in lieu of a state income tax so I keep telling myself to remember that.

Leaving Wednesday for a trip about 2.5 hours away and I will have to make two round trips. Haul the trailer, come home and haul the boat. Plus boat gas, wahoo, gonna be a spendy one. I’m my own worst enemy.

B load, I like that. Heading out here shortly to fill the truck (35 gallons) and the boat (20 gallons). 55 x 5.50 = $302.50.

I drove past the same gas station yesterday and I was surprised that the prices actually didn’t go up.

They didn’t go down either…
