It is a shame that both ford and GM have ceased local manufacture and development, there isnt anything comparable to replace them with.
The mad max reference is fitting given it is a falcon as was max's interceptor. Just a shame Ford Aus was never given a chance to sell these into overseas markets other than NZ & SA. For a design almost 20YO I still think they look good, full one ton load capacity, 250hp with the base six cylinder motor sedan like cabin.
Dogs are both rescue dogs out of shelters, one is a catahoula X the other a red healer X, wouldnt be a aussie ute without a healer in the back.

We still have both our Nissans, the Pro4x Titan and Pro4x Frontier. Since we moved to Rural OK, from Rural VA we see even more deer than before running out into the road, and now coyotes. We will be adding heavy brush guards to both trucks.
