Ole man winter has returned. Woke up to 5-6” of snow and it’s still coming down. I guess I’ll be back out there moving snow again today. No sense making any other plans.

I took this pic this morning when I got up. It gets lost in the picture but I like the look of the snow on the upper fence rails in the low light.

We like the water as well, but Carol has her beer and wings friends down here.
In fact they're planning a birthday party for her tomorrow night.

It's 71° and getting up into the mid 80's again today. I cooked bacon, eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast. I've already had a busy morning and this afternoon looks hectic as well.

I pulled into my driveway an hour ago. I had the neighbor scoop the driveway out with a large skid steer front bucket loader before I got home. It was far too deep and dense to be plowed. This picture was taken from my back door looking toward my range.

No extra treats but lots of ear rubbing.

About 3" of fairly fresh snow on the ground this morning. Cold, around 31* heading for upper 30s today? Hard to say. The Weather Guessers have been gettin' it wrong a lot lately. I'll eat a breakfast pizza, and see what happens today. Working on my wet tumbler & brass annealer, if I can get outta workin' for my wife more today...... Have already fed the Quail we have wandering thru the yard...... :)

It’s a brisk 8 degrees out there but sunny. This area is under a dense fog warning but Deer Park is in an open area surrounded by fog according to the weatherman. Yesterday we received 7” of wet heavy snow and it was a pain in the butt to move. But I got it done. More snow tomorrow and maybe again on Saturday. I guess Ma Nature doesn’t realize that it’s March and it’s time to transition to spring.

Nothing scheduled today so I’ll have to find some mischief to get into.

Currently it's 77°. It should be another nice warm day with a cooling off period coming up by the weekend. I just had cereal and coffee for breakfast. Yesterday was a busy day as the sister-in-law got released from the hospital. She's resting at home now but will have to go back to have the kidney stones removed through lithotripsy after her infection subsides.

I’m still digging out. Today we received another three inches. This picture was taken out a window so you see some reflections.

well, they predicted rain would move in last night and for once they were right .... when I went to bed about midnight, there wasn't any water standing in our back yard .... apparently we slept through a dandy, right now they are showing homes in the area that were hit by lightning and set on fire .... according to what they are saying now, rain will be moving through all day .... 61 on its way to 70 .... looks like my plan to work outside today will have to be shelved
