Well I guess today we have to add "The Apple Dumpling Gang" to the best list....Tin Conway & Don Knotts....corny fun for kids that's for sure. My son loved it on VHS when he was little.

and Three Amigos.
This doesn't even QUALIFY as a western ! just a bad movie wrapped up in a cheesy western theme!

The movie "John Carter" starts out as a western, then takes on a scifi theme. I enjoyed it. Watch on Netflix.

I am a huge fan of the movie John Carter. I have it on Bluray and have watched it four times. I don’t care at all for the actor, but “The Incomparable Deja Thoris” is a whole ‘nuther situation. Woohoo!

Funny trivia, in the ER Burroughs novels everybody, men and women, goes around stark naked except for their leather fighting harnesses....

What's better than Tombstone? Watching it twice back to back on AMC like I am doing right now!

Look carefully at the campfire scene in Tombstone. Any of you""brothers "will notice the square and compasses on a chain around the neck of one of those riding with Earp on the vendetta ride.

One of my very favorites as you may have gathered by now, might watch again very soon, as it is one of the few I have purchased. Great movie...never seem to get tired of it. Enjoy RR. :)

Ironically I was watching a few episodes of Gunsmoke the other day and saw Kurt Russell in probably one of his earliest roles.

Hateful eight made me so dislike a movie, like I have NEVER done in 48 years of life, insomuch as I gained a few "trigger words" of my own from that movie.

I fell asleep watching it, and woke up to almost hate it like nothing else I ever watched.......

It was a stinker for sure. The only thing I liked was Russel's buffalo coat.

Well, if it ever shows up on one of my SAT channels I'll give it a few minutes but I am typically NOT a fan of Tarantino movies.
