60 on its way to 81 with no rain .... regular breakfast with Folgers still flowing .... morning appointments to have Maureen's Camaro safety inspected and another to attend the first of what will be 2 estate planning sessions at our credit union .... with no more of an estate than we have to plan for, it should take two sessions ..

53° and rain. Working on the 1st cup of coffee. Breakfast of sausage eggs and toast later. Indoor activities are in store for today. I'll probably make up some coax jumpers for radio gear today.
Cheers

32 heading to the low 40’s. The cold front is still in place and we expect 20 mph winds today. Yesterday was a pitiful day with cold temps and 40 mph wind gusts. Other than taking the dog for a hike I spent little time outside. No snow for us but to the south it was expected that that area would receive 2-4 inches on top of the up to 6” that fell on Sunday.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
Partly Cloudy 39°F 4°C
Humidity 81%
Wind Speed E 6 mph
Rain moving in with colder temps on the way as well.
My neighbor and I went out for breakfast at the local greasy spoon that does great breakfasts and lunchs.
Bacon, eggs, toast, coffee.
I plow his snow and he takes me for breakfast about once a month as well as chipping in money for maintenance
on the plow as well as fuel. Win, win.
Ray and I got a lot of branches and brush cleared for wood cutting yesterday. Nice to have it done.
At eleven today I have a meeting with the Legion Lawyers and a restauranteur who wants to operate our restaurant
in the new Legion Apartment Complex. We're meeting at one of his high class restaurants and he is buying lunch.
Should be interesting.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
54° and cloudy. Working on the 1st cup of dark roast in the USCG Victory mug. Sausage eggs and toast for breakfast . Laid down 150 lbs of grass seed yesterday. Drilled 4 more holes in the concrete slab to secure the metal gazebo we built. Now there is 8 anchor bolts. It ain't going nowhere. I had 1 bolt in each leg, and it didn't budge in all the storms we had, but I just wanted it secured a bit better. It about wore me out. Well actually it did. Bought 10 gallons of Bear wood stain and supplies for staining about 300' of fence. Home depot gave me 10% or $60.00 military discount. That was nice. Gotta mow and string trimming today, but before all that fun I must walk on the treadmill. Cheers.

Re: Our Morning Coffee and Weather
It rained heavy last night. 39F and low ground fog. I can barely see the school 300 yards away.
Thinking about making a garbage run and having breakfast in town. I wish Ogema had a latte place as it’s only 5 miles away. Rib Lake is the closet latte and it’s 13 miles with not much else. Medford has two latte places and is 29 miles with a tad more shopping.
It’s a tough life out here on the homestead.
PS. Congratulations to all the new grandfathers and expecting grandfathers.
