47 and foggy, at 4:30 the artillery fire started on nearby FT Lewis and scared Buster so he's glued to me under the blankets, it's tough being a puppy parent

We be riding the scooters to work today. ;) :D
Hopefully we don't happen into any of the cellphone users
90% chance of rain tomorrow, so will give the yard it's first cutting for the season when I get home this afternoon.

22F and high overcast. Daytime temps will be in the 40’s for the next week and 20’s at night. What a welcome relief. The coffee is slowly unfreezing me this morning.

It is chilly out, frost on all the grass. I started the morning off with two alerts for fraudulent charges on my debit card before coffee. Yay us. We bank on the west coast, and live on the east coast. So, I get to wait until noon to deal with the bank.

I'm off to continue my work on chapter 7 of book 5.

37° and cloudy in East TN. Breakfast was a delicious sausage, and cheese omelet and toast. VA just called and scheduled an MRI of my spine later this morning. Guess they didn't like what the x-rays showed. So I guess i know how my day is going to go. Cheers!

34 on its way to 55 with no rain .... the good news is a warming trend is on the way, the not so good news is its forecasted to bring stormy weather with it .... we've decided to exercise Maureen's Camaro by taking a fairly short road trip today .... with the rapid rise in the cost of gasoline, that's something we haven't done in a while ....

Overcast 34°F 1°C
Humidity 51%
Wind Speed SE 13 G 17 mph
Folgers and cookies.
I had another tree fall yesterday and this one is partially on the drive, so today I'll be cutting it up.
I have a lot of trees down and no one seems to want firewood. I guess I'll start cutting them up and
burning them in place. Too bad.

32 heading to 60 again, I can get used to that. But all good things do come to an end and the rest of the week will not leave the 50’s. What am I complaining about, 50’s this time of the year is on the upper side of normal. Looks to be sunny as well.

Well my morning doc appt and my afternoon service appt for my pickup will pretty much wipe out my day. What was I thinking scheduling like this? This also makes two drives into Spokane on the same day. Burn that gas baby!

21F going to 25F. Light snow overnight gives us about 7 inches of snow piled up on the deck now. I'm ready for warmer weather.
Coffee in my old volunteer FD mug. I've taken to adding a teaspoon of honey to my second and subsequent cups. I like the flavor. It seems not to detract from the black flavor too much.
Not much on the plate for today.
I hope your day is great.

Our oldest daughter lives in Buffalo, NY. and you folks get a lot of snow!
When I was controlling aircraft in Washington DC Center I asked a pilot what it was like when they departed
Buffalo and he replied, "It was the end of the world!"
A couple of years ago my son in law was trapped at work for almost a week due to snow. They ate all the food out
of the vending machines and finally he saw a front end loader on the street and got him to give him a ride home.
Our daughter was trapped in the house, but that wasn't so bad.
We get snow here in Minnesnowda, but not like you guys.

41° sunny with a red flag warning for gusty winds (50 mph) and a high Fire danger. Working on the 1st cup. Not sure what's on the breakfast menu yet. I had to guy our flagpole so it wouldn't bend over from wind yesterday. I dislike wind. Cheers!

Humidity 100%
Wind Speed NE 7 mph
Sleet over night and it's an icy wonder land outside.
Folgers and Cookies.
It's really nice looking at all that ice and knowing I don't have to go to work today.
Or ever for that matter.
I'll putz in the shop today.

Right now it's 74° and thunderstorms headed our way. The weather says it should be out of the area by noon. Not looking forward to the predicted high winds. Coffee, toast, eggs and sausage for breakfast.

Rained last night then snowed on top of that. Currently 30 and still snowing; expected high of 40 and strong winds later. Packing to go to big city with granddaughter so she can get feeding tube reinserted (she has relapsed and is losing weight again), might be a slippery drive. Everybody have a great day!

Brm, sorry your granddaughter had a relapse. Safe travels to get her to the big city.

Winds forecast around here for today also. But at 30 mph there shouldn’t be any damage. Woke up to 32 and the high is supposed to be 55. Very dark and gloomy out there and it has the look and feel of rain but none is in the forecast. Staying home today and the plan is to continue with my outdoor projects. My wife just asked me what I have planned for the day so that could spell trouble.

I certainly feel for you. I love my Grandkids a lot. I am prejudiced, but have you tried the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Mn?
